  This was an extremely disappointing breakfast. I eat at wagamamas often outside of the airport, and am usually happy with the quality of food and drinks. However this morning I ate breakfast with my partner who ordered an acai bowl and I ordered the eggs royale. The eggs royale was nice, but chives were missing and it looked like it had been made in a rush. We were among the first customers in so I just assumed the chefs in the kitchen may have forgotten as it was early in the morning. Also we ordered two matcha lattes and the menu says premium grade matcha but it literally tasted like milk! Very bland. There’s a black sheep coffee next door which does way better matcha just go there. Anyway, then the acai came but it was really sad. Please don’t waste your money, it was a spoon of granola with two scoops of frozen acai sorbet, a few slices of strawberry and banana. It actually looked like a toddlers breakfast. Even the tiny spoon of soya butter was smeared on the edge. Only positive was that the waiter kindly took the plate back and removed the acai from the bill when we explained we were dissatisfied. If I ever return, I probably wouldn’t eat in this branch because there was so many issues.

  I absolutely love Wagamama—wherever I go, if there’s one nearby, I'm there. I didn’t have to wait long to be seated (around 3 minutes or less), and the restaurant was clean throughout, including our table. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. My order arrived within about 15 minutes, but my partner's took closer to 25 minutes. Because we were heading to catch a flight, it meant we had to rush our meals a bit, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the food itself didn’t disappoint. We ordered the chicken firecracker and beef ramen—both delicious, just as we’ve come to expect. Thank you for the service, guys.
